Learn the Practice. Experience the Energy. Become the Practitioner.
A Powerful Way to Support Your Physical, Mental, and Energetic Health
Reiki is not something we believe should be learned only through notes, symbols, hand positions, or a certificate at the end of a course. To truly understand an energy practice, you need time to experience it within yourself to become aware of your own body, mind, and energy before learning how to work with another person.
This understanding forms the foundation of the Reiki Master Certification at Samvedna Spiritual School.
Our flagship program is a 10-day residential journey in Rishikesh that takes you progressively through Reiki Level I, Level II, and Level III – Master/Teacher Level. Throughout the training, theory is supported by attunements, guided practice, energy-exchange sessions, meditation, and personal experience, allowing you to understand Reiki not only intellectually but through direct practice.
What makes this journey different is where it begins.
Before intensive Reiki training starts, we first create a period of preparation. The opening phase includes a doctor's consultation, naturopathy-based detoxification, and yogic cleansing practices designed to help you slow down from everyday life and enter the course with greater physical and mental awareness.
From there, you move step by step from understanding Reiki and beginning self-practice, to working with Reiki symbols and distance healing, and finally toward Master/Teacher training.
And your journey does not end when you receive your certificate.
Following the residential course, Samvedna continues to support your practice through a 21-Day Online Self-Healing Program, helping you bring what you have learned into your daily life.
10 Days Residential • Reiki Level I, II & III • Master/Teacher Certification • 21-Day Continued Self-Healing
A Reiki Course That Begins With You
Before Learning to Work With Others, We Begin by Preparing Ourselves.
Most people arrive for a Reiki course ready to learn techniques: Where should the hands be placed? How are symbols used? How is Reiki channelled? How do you conduct a session?
These are important questions, and they form part of the training, but at Samvedna, we believe there is something that needs to come first.
The practitioner.
You may arrive carrying the pace of your everyday life: physical tiredness, mental activity, emotional pressure, irregular routines, or simply the constant stimulation that most of us have become accustomed to.
Moving immediately from that state into an intensive energy practice can turn Reiki into another subject to be studied.
So we begin differently.
The opening phase of our residential Master Certification creates space for you to slow down and prepare. Your journey begins with an individual doctor's consultation followed by a naturopathy-based detox experience. Yogic cleansing practices, yoga, pranayama, meditation, and a more mindful daily routine continue to support the learning environment.
This is not separate from the Reiki course.
It is the preparation for it.
When the body has been given time to rest, the mind has begun to settle, and your attention has moved inward, Reiki training can become more than information.
You can begin to observe, practise, and experience.
That is the philosophy behind the Samvedna journey:
Prepare the body. Quiet the mind. Become aware of your energy. Then learn how to work with it.

What Is Reiki?
Understanding Reiki Beyond the Word “Healing”
Reiki is a gentle energy practice rooted in the understanding of universal life-force energy. The word itself comes from the Japanese concepts of Rei, associated with universal or spiritual wisdom, and Ki, referring to life-force energy. The practice works with conscious presence, intention, and structured techniques through which a practitioner learns to engage with Reiki energy.
But learning Reiki involves much more than memorising a definition.
As you move through the different levels, your relationship with the practice changes.
At the beginning, the attention is largely on yourself: understanding energy, receiving your first attunement, becoming familiar with hand positions, and developing a self-healing practice.
As your training deepens, you begin learning how Reiki can be practised with others, how Reiki symbols are incorporated into the practice, and how distance, emotional, and mental dimensions of Reiki work are approached.
At Master Level, another dimension begins: Responsibility.
You are no longer learning only how to practise Reiki. You begin understanding what it means to guide another student, teach the practice, and work with the attunement process.
For this reason, we see Reiki training as a progression rather than a single technique:
The purpose of the course is not to make extraordinary promises about what Reiki will do for you.
It is to give you a structured environment in which you can learn the traditional practice, experience it personally, practise it consistently and develop the confidence to continue responsibly.
Choose Your Reiki Journey
One Path Does Not Have to Fit Everyone.
Not everyone who comes to Samvedna is at the same stage.
Some students have never experienced Reiki before and simply want to begin. Others have completed Level I and are ready to progress into practitioner-level training. Some already have experience and want to move toward Reiki Master/Teacher training.
For this reason, you do not have to take the complete Master Certification to study Reiki with us.
The individual levels remain available separately, while students who want the complete immersive experience can join the flagship residential journey.

INDIVIDUAL LEVELS JOURNEY

- 13,000 Indian rupees

01
YOUR FIRST STEP IS NOT HEALING OTHERS. IT IS LEARNING TO WORK WITH YOURSELF.
Reiki Level 1
SHODEN — THE FOUNDATION
Reiki Level I is where your relationship with Reiki begins.
This level is designed to help you understand what Reiki is, where the practice comes from, and how Reiki is traditionally applied through the hands. Rather than rushing into advanced techniques, Level I builds the foundation that everything else will depend upon.
A central part of this level is the Reiki Level I Attunement, conducted by the Reiki Master. Within the traditional Reiki system, this initiation marks the student's formal beginning with Reiki practice.
After the attunement, training moves into practical application.
You learn the traditional hand positions used in Reiki and practise how a session can be approached for yourself and for another person. You also begin studying the chakra system and exploring how energy awareness can be incorporated into your Reiki practice.
Most importantly, Level I places strong emphasis on self-practice.
Before trying to become a healer for somebody else, you begin developing the discipline of sitting with yourself, observing yourself, and creating your own Reiki routine.
DURING THIS LEVEL, YOU WILL EXPLORE
Foundations & History of Reiki:
Understand what Reiki is, how the practice developed, and the principles on which your further training will be built.
Understanding Reiki Energy:
Begin developing awareness of Reiki and learn the basic principles of working consciously with energy.
Self-Healing Practice:
Learn how to structure Reiki practice for yourself and begin developing consistency in personal energy work.
Traditional Hand Positions:
Learn practical hand placements and how they can be used during self-practice and when working with another person.
Introduction to Chakras:
Explore the chakra system and its relationship with energy awareness and Reiki practice.
Giving & Receiving Reiki:
Practical sessions allow you to experience both sides of Reiki: practising and receiving.
Reiki & Personal Awareness:
Explore how regular Reiki practice can become part of a broader journey of mindfulness and personal development.
Reiki Level I Attunement:
Receive the initiation associated with the first stage of traditional Reiki training.
By the end of Level I, the objective is not simply for you to say, “I know what Reiki is.”
The objective is for you to have a foundation from which you can actually practise it.
Duration: 2 Days (Online) | 3 Hours Per Day | Certification Included | ₹13,000
02
FROM BASIC PRACTICE TO FOCUSED & INTENTIONAL REIKI WORK
Reiki Level 2
OKUDEN — DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
From Basic Practice to Focused & Intentional Reiki Work
Level II is for students who are ready to move beyond Reiki's foundational practices.
If Level I teaches you how to establish a relationship with Reiki, Level II teaches you how to deepen and direct that practice.
This stage introduces the traditional Reiki symbols used within Level II. Rather than treating them as shapes to memorise, the training focuses on understanding their purpose, learning how they are drawn, and exploring how they are incorporated into actual Reiki practice.
The scope of your practice also expands.
You begin studying Reiki approaches associated with mental and emotional work, as well as the principles and techniques of distance Reiki, where practitioner and recipient do not need to be physically present in the same place.
Level II therefore marks an important transition.
You are moving from the foundational stage toward what is often referred to as the Practitioner's Level.
DURING THIS LEVEL, YOU WILL EXPLORE
Creating a Sacred Practice Space:
Learn how to intentionally prepare a space for Reiki, meditation, and distance practice.
Reiki Symbols:
Learn the Level II symbols, their meanings and the traditional contexts in which they are applied.
Drawing & Working With Symbols:
Move beyond theory by repeatedly practising the symbols and understanding their use within a session.
Mental & Emotional Reiki Work:
Explore how Reiki practice can be approached when working with mental and emotional dimensions.
Distance Reiki:
Learn the principles behind practising Reiki when physical proximity is not possible.
Advanced Practical Application:
Expand your existing hand-position practice and learn how Reiki sessions can be adapted to different intentions.
Intuition & Awareness:
Develop greater sensitivity to what you observe during practice while learning to remain grounded in which you interpret those experiences.
Reiki Level II Attunement:
Receive the attunement associated with this deeper stage of Reiki training.
Level II is where many students begin to feel the difference between knowing Reiki techniques and developing a Reiki practice.
The focus becomes greater consistency, intention, and responsibility in the way you work.
Duration: 2 Days (Online) | 3 Hours Per Day | Certification Included | ₹13,000
03
MASTERY IS NOT THE END OF LEARNING. IT IS THE BEGINNING OF RESPONSIBILITY.
Reiki Level 3
SHINPIDEN — THE MASTER / TEACHER PATH
Mastery Is Not the End of Learning. It Is the Beginning of Responsibility.
Reiki Level III is the stage at which your journey begins moving beyond personal and practitioner-level Reiki into Master/Teacher training.
At this level, the question is no longer only:
How do I practise Reiki?
It also becomes:
How do I responsibly pass this practice to another person?
Students are introduced to Master-level teachings and the Reiki Master symbol, together with its use within advanced Reiki practice. The course also begins exploring the structure and responsibility involved in teaching Reiki.
A significant part of this stage is learning about the attunement process, how students are initiated into Reiki Levels I, II, and III, and what the Reiki Master/Teacher's role is within that process.
The current Samvedna curriculum also includes Golden Ball Meditation and advanced practices such as psychic surgery as part of this Master-level training.
But receiving the title “Master” should not be understood as reaching a finish line.
At Samvedna, Master Level represents the beginning of a deeper commitment to your own practice, your understanding, and the responsibility you carry if you choose to teach others.
DURING THIS LEVEL, YOU WILL EXPLORE
Understanding Reiki Mastership:
Explore the role, responsibilities and principles involved in stepping into Master-level Reiki practice.
Master Symbol:
Learn and practise the Master symbol and understand its place within advanced Reiki work.
Teaching Reiki:
Learn how Reiki knowledge can be organised and communicated when guiding future students.
Conducting Attunements:
Study the methods used to initiate students through Reiki Levels I, II and III.
Golden Ball Meditation:
Learn the meditation practice included in Samvedna's Master-level curriculum.
Advanced Reiki Techniques:
Explore the advanced practices included in the course, including psychic surgery.
Teacher Responsibility:
Develop an understanding that teaching Reiki involves more than techniques.
Master-Level Attunement:
Receive the Reiki Master initiation associated with this stage of training.
Completing Level III gives you the educational foundation of the Reiki Master/Teacher path.
But the deeper practice of mastery continues through what you do after the course.

10-Day Residential
Reiki Master Certification in Rishikesh
If You Want the Complete Journey, This Is Where Everything Comes Together.
Individual levels are ideal for students who want to progress one stage at a time.
The 10-Day Residential Reiki Master Certification, however, has been designed for the student who wants something more immersive.
Instead of arriving for a few hours of class and returning immediately to everyday life, you temporarily step into an environment built around the practice. For ten days, your accommodation, meals, morning practices, cleansing, Reiki training, meditation, and energy-exchange sessions become part of one continuous journey.
The updated program takes you through all three stages:
01 • FOUNDATION
Reiki Level I Shoden:
Learn Reiki from the beginning, establish your self-practice, and build your energetic awareness.
02 • DEEPENING
Reiki Level II Okuden:
Enter symbol work, distance Reiki and deeper mental and emotional applications.
03 • MASTERY
Reiki Level III Shinpiden:
Move toward advanced practice and the foundations of becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher.
But these three levels are only part of what makes the 10-day experience different. The complete residential journey is built around: So when you leave Samvedna, you have not simply completed three Reiki modules. You have moved through a complete process.
Preparation → Cleansing → Learning → Attunement → Practice → Integration → Assessment → Certification → Continued Self-Healing
Duration: 10 Days (Offline) | Certification and Naturopathic treatments included
Single Occupancy Price: ₹64,999
Double Occupancy Price: ₹50,999
Why 10 Days When the Three Levels Can Be Learned Separately?
Because Learning the Syllabus and Living the Process Are Two Different Experiences.
This distinction needs to be extremely clear on the website.
Yes, Reiki Level I, II, and III can each be studied separately.
But the 10-day Master Certification is not simply 2 Days + 2 Days + 2 Days with four extra days added.
Those additional days create room for something that short-format learning cannot provide in the same way: preparation, repeated practice, observation, integration, and assessment.
In the residential format, you are not constantly switching between Reiki training and the demands of your normal routine. Your day itself becomes part of the learning environment.
You wake up to yogic cleansing practices. You practise yoga and pranayama. You eat nourishing vegetarian food. You participate in Reiki theory and practical training. You give and receive energy work. You meditate. You rest. You return the next day and practise again.
That repetition matters. It gives you time not only to ask “Do I understand this?” but also

The Samvedna Detox & Naturopathy Beginning
Your first day does not begin by handing you a Reiki manual.
It begins by understanding you.
The updated program starts with a consultation to understand individual needs, followed by a 24-hour naturopathy-based detox experience. The intention described in the course is to create a period of rest and cleansing before intensive Reiki learning begins.
Throughout the residential experience, this preparation is supported by practices such as Shatkarma, yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
We include this because we do not want Reiki to become one more piece of information being added to an already overloaded routine.
The first stage asks you to slow down. To become aware of how you feel.
To notice your body. To observe your mind. And then, from that quieter foundation, to begin learning Reiki.
We prepare the person before developing the practitioner.

Three Levels. Three Certificates. One Journey

AFTER CERTIFICATION
The Certificate Is a Milestone Not the End
Your Next 21 Days Matter Too.
One of the most important parts of the new Samvedna program actually begins after the residential certification is complete.
Students often leave an intensive course feeling inspired and motivated. But once they return to work, family, travel, and normal responsibilities, maintaining the same consistency can become difficult.
For this reason, the updated Master Certification continues with a 21-Day Self-Healing Program.
For the next 21 days, you can join a one-hour online session every day from wherever you are, helping you continue your personal self-healing routine and integrate Reiki into daily life.
The intention is to bridge the gap between:
“I completed my Reiki course.”
and
“Reiki has become part of my practice.”
Your ten days at Samvedna introduce and deepen the journey. The following 21 days help you continue it.

Shared experience of 21-day self-healing
