Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual Sessions

For individual healing sessions (Reiki, Breathwork, Yoga, Counselling, etc.):

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-show: No refund provided

Courses and Certifications

For Reiki courses, YTTC, and other certification programs:

• 14+ days before start: Full refund minus processing fees (5%)
• 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund, but may be rescheduled to a future date (subject to availability)
• After course begins: No refund provided

Retreats

For wellness retreats:

• 30+ days before start: Full refund minus deposit (if applicable) and processing fees
• 14-30 days before start: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before start: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund, but may transfer to another person

Online Programs

For online programs (21-Day Self Healing, etc.):

• Before program access: Full refund minus processing fees
• After accessing materials: No refund provided

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund:

2. Provide your booking details and reason for cancellation
3. Cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days
4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. In many cases, we can reschedule your session or program to a future date instead of cancelling. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for sessions, or as per the timelines above for courses and retreats.

Cancellation by Samvedna Spiritual School

In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, course, or retreat:

• You will receive a full refund, OR
• You may reschedule to a future date of your choice
• We will provide as much notice as possible

Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or credit for future services.
